Project www.chcempracu.sk was created with a specific regard to the needs of the disabled people. Common job searches do not provide enough possibilities to specify the job requirements with respect to the disability of these people. On the other hand this project also provides an opportunity for the employers to address a specific group of people while respecting their special needs. www.chcempracu.sk is therefore a mutually beneficial solution that complements the job market with job offers and at the same time a way of integrating disabled people into working process. This projects objection is to become a space where the community of the disabled people finds all the necessary information to help them succeed on the job market.
